Sunday Morning Worship: 10:30 A.M.
The corporate worship service of our church on Sunday mornings is the center and centering element of the life of the church. In our worship, we hear from God through the reading and preaching of His word, and grow in our faith through weekly participation of the Lord’s supper. We sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to the praise of our Savior and pray together – expressing our adoration, confessing our sins, and offering up our supplications. Sunday School: 9:30 A.M.
Each Sunday before the worship service, we have classes for all ages (with nursery provided for infants and toddlers). As part of the overall Christian education ministry of the church, Sunday school is one of the ways in which we seek to fulfill the Great Commission – teaching God’s people to obey all that Christ has commanded us (Matthew 28:18-20). For the children’s classes, we generally use the Sunday school curriculum provided by Great Commission Publications (http://www.gcp.org/). The adult Sunday school class is based on a book of the Bible or a specific topic, and is taught by the pastor or one of the elders.
Nursery
We provide a nursery for infants and toddlers during Sunday school and our worship service, while encouraging our families to bring their children to worship at the earliest age possible in order that they may learn to participate and be trained (as we all are) through the corporate worship of the covenant family of God.
Women's Bible Study
Meets weekly on Thursday nights, 6:30-8:00 pm in a member's home. Contact the church office for the location.
Women's Prayer Group
Meets weekly at the church building on Wednesdays at 10:00 am. All women, young and old, are invited.
